Job Description Designation – Asst Manager/Manager Department- Production Location - Sector 26, Gandhinagar Skills –Team Handling, ERP, Soft Skill, Management, Qualification – Diploma/BE/BTech + MBA in SCM Experience – 5 to 12 Years Responsibilities Conduct regular meeting with team members and review their work on daily basis. Escalate issue related to daily work to management on regular basis. Take strong follow up with each process owners to ensure proactive results. Ensure all process owners follow best practices in their respective functions. Responsible for monthly formal review with management. Responsible for internal as well as third party audits. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including production, sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain processes. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Implement inventory management best practices to optimize inventory levels, reduce excess and obsolete inventory, and minimize stockouts. Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, including process optimization, automation, and technology adoption. Develop risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions, including supplier shortages, transportation delays, and geopolitical issues. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to supply chain management. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the supply chain team. Other: To perform the task assigned time to time by management in timely manner.
