Role & Responsibility
At each service location, be in close contact with the customer, in order to understand their requirements: Technical, logistics, tools, resources. Keeping the customer informed of the process and matters Organize operations : For each Quality control, deploy resources, documents, methods, reporting, etc Manage multiple site locations and administrate operations activities at multiple projects. Customer visit and presentation at customer location for redi India services. Sales co-ordination Customer follow with customer PO, Payments. Offer preparation & follow up with customer Sales PPT Project monitoring from sales perspective. Quality System audit Site audits ISO documentation & audits Weekly, monthly reports & graphical data analysis. Polyvalent Skills Technical knowledge/background. Good leadership and familiar in driving different kind of people Good relationship with customers and workers. Quality control techniques & knowledge. Personality Methodical, organized and structured mind, having a step-by-step analysis Flexible, Reactive, pro-active Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
