Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Chat Support Executive, with responsibilities including providing administrative and executive assistance, handling phone etiquette, communicating with clients, and utilizing clerical skills. This role is located in New Delhi with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Experience in customer service or support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
6 Months of Chat process experience mandatory
salary Upto 35k in hand
