Job description

Required Qualifications 3+ years administrating Workfront in a marketing organization 2+ years using Fusion with Workfront, implementing automated processes and workflows within a marketing organization.

Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing technology and/or marketing operations Workfront or Fusion certification Experience with CMS & DAM integrations with Workfront specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Demonstrated understanding of process automation, requirements gathering and documentation, change management and user documentation creation Demonstrated understandings various process methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, Kanban and writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Epics and Stories Excellent attention to detail, strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills Ability to review data from systems and glean insights on platform and process effectiveness to form recommendations.

Education Bachelors or Advanced degree preferred – equivalent experience strongly considered
