Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide efficient and timely technical support to end-users, addressing issues related to folder access, software installation, and PowerShell scripting. Experience with SharePoint admin. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. Work independently to handle escalated technical problems and provide comprehensive solutions. Assist in the development and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base articles. Morning checks of critical systems, logging Incidents and Service Requests using Service Now ITSM tool Ensuring that all triaged incidents are accurate and have met the standards set for incident logging. All escalated incidents are passed to the correct resolver group with concise information. Working to agreed standards for achieving targets set for customer satisfaction. Managing your own call queue and ensuring incidents and requests are regularly updated with accurate and timely information.

Experience and Education Requirements Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Proven experience in Windows Server 2012 – 2022 and Windows 11 desktop support. CompTIA A+ or N+ preferable. Familiarity with ITIL framework. Experience with Azure is a plus but not essential. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently. Experience of supporting MS Office and Windows Desktops Experience of Active Directory Administration at a user-management leve
