Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESCRIPTION:

- Oversee the attainment of insurance sales targets by hiring agents.

- Agent development and training on a commission basis.

- Oversee each agent's activity plan to make sure it is being completed to the appropriate standards.

- Update the Sales Management System and conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with the agents.

- Encourage agents to join the organisation by promoting and motivating them for the Career -Progression Programme.

- Encourage agents to manage their customers' cross-selling of various items by using the Agent Portal CRM.

Ideal Candidate Characteristics:

Experience : A minimum of one to two years of sales experience

Ideal background

A candidate ought to have the following qualities:

- Collaborating with individuals

- Commercial and entrepreneurial orientation

- Strive for success

- Level of maturity

- High self-assurance and effective communication

- Must have a consistent track record of employment in the past.

- Should have a strong local network, an awareness of the market, and a track record of accomplishments

- In any stream, a minimum graduate
