Job description

Eligibility/Job requirements:
? Graduate / postgraduate with overall 3+yrs experience of working in a
domestic/international contact centre/ service set up. 1+yr of inbound and outbound
call taking experience is a must.
? Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Candidate with good customer service skills & captive contact centre experience
would be preferred.
? Candidate should be willing to work in rotating shifts and Weekends and Public
Holidays
? Candidate should be able to conversation in English, Hindi and Marathi or English Hindi

Responsibilities:
? Responsible for interacting with PAN India customers/prospects of Liberty General
Insurance.
? Responsible for out calling PAN India customers/prospects of Liberty General
Insurance.
? Responsible for delivering the relevant KPI’s designed for the assigned job role.
? Responsible for customer engagement and satisfaction survey.
? Responsible for Up sell and Cross sell as per the campaign running at the Contact
Center.
