Job description
Job Title: P roduct Owner (Adobe Experience Manager - AEM)
Responsibilities:
Product Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
AEM Expertise: Demonstrate deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) capabilities and leverage them to enhance product features and functionalities.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Roadmap Development: Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining key milestones and releases in coordination with development teams.
Backlog Management: Maintain a well-defined product backlog with detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization based on business value.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap.
User Experience: Advocate for a seamless and user-friendly experience, incorporating AEM best practices into the design and implementation process.
Release Planning: Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to make informed product decisions.
Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks early in the development process, collaborating with teams to find effective solutions.
User Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate user feedback into the product development process, facilitating continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development progress.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Previous experience working on projects involving AEM is a strong asset.
