Job description
• 5+ years of experience .
• Bachelor's Degree in computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Design and implement solutions based on the identified business needs.
• Customize and configure applications to align with organizational workflows.
• Provide expertise in integrating OpenText products with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Conduct system assessments and troubleshoot any issues related to the implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the solutions into existing business processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the product functionalities.
• Stay informed about the latest updates and developments to recommend enhancements and improvements.
• Working actively with Digital Services delivery Team, Project Managers, customer, and third-party resources and obtain commitment to complete projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with other Production, Services and Office specialists/managers to support the execution of the project and achieve acceptable customer satisfaction profitable revenue & productive teamwork.
• Comply and work towards achieving project plan as per the project management and project assurance task and generate accurate reports.
• Work efficiently & productively towards exceeding company, team and individual targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in OpenText products will be an advantage.
