Job Description: ·
Candidate should have good knowledge and leadership quality in Interior Designing. · Managing the delivery of the overall Interior project design requirements right from project conceptualization, design finalization, and during the execution phase. · Responsibilities include coordinating the construction/design-related matters and solutions between the various project stakeholders like vendors, contractors, and consultants in relation to all the necessary design approvals, reviews, and coordination throughout the project period. · Manage, coordinate, and control all meetings in relation to the Interior design/shop drawings of specialist contractors’ packages to ensure the overall design requirements are integrated into the project. · Planning and designing activities pertaining to projects. · Designing of High interiors, Preparing the layout and manual sketches for 3D view, in consultation with fellow Architects and Consultants gathering requirements, conducting techno-commercial evaluation, preparing cost estimates, and presenting detailed drawings. · Advising clients on interior design factors like space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and colour coordination. · Interfacing with clients to determine factors affecting planning interior environments like budget, architectural preferences, purpose, and function. · Perfecting interior design and decorative techniques with a strong track record of executing prestigious projects. · Developing and nurturing strong business relations with clients to ensure prolonged and productive business association. · Arranging final inspection of the clients, managing closeout and final handover of the project. · Evaluating interior schemes presented by other consultants & value engineering. · Leading a team of designers, providing them guidance in the planning and execution of all activities · Inducted suppliers and contractors, based on track record and quote, negotiated for favorable terms for procurement of material. · Should have good communication skillsJob tags
