How will you make an impact
As a SEO Associate, you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in optimizing websites for search engines, driving organic traffic, and improving overall online visibility. By implementing various strategies and staying updated with the evolving SEO landscape, they help businesses increase their online presence and achieve their marketing goals.

What will you get to do - Perform keyword research to identify relevant and high-volume keywords for our target audience.
- Execute & optimise website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page content, to improve search engine visibility.
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other team members to implement SEO recommendations and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SEO and search engine algorithms.
- Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed in various SEO-related tasks and projects.
Metrics for the role - KW ranking & Organic Traffic
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Page engagement metrics: Bounce rate, Time spent on page, Page views, Conversion rate
- Owns the entire SEO input metrics that includes but not limited to # of Pages optimised, # of content updations, # of articles published etc.,
Skills We Are Looking For - Minimum of 1 year of experience in search engine optimization, with good understanding of SEO principles and techniques. (Experience limit - 2 years)
- Proficiency in writing SEO-optimized content across various digital platforms, including web pages, blog posts, articles, and other digital assets is must
- SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, AWR, SEMrush or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment..
- Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a startup Exhibiting integrity, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
- Experience in Healthcare/Diagnostics/Pharma industries is a plus
- Experience in leveraging Generative AI is a plus
