Job title: Customer Support Executive / Customer Relation Executive
Work Location: Chennai Division/Department : Sales Communication: Fluency in English with additional language Hindi/ Telugu / Kannada. Gender : Female Looking for a passionate and experienced individual with Preferably personal loan products selling experience to join us as a Customer Support Executive with good interpersonal and convincing skills and an understanding of the products and services Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. Responsible for the closure of sales and completing the assignments. Required Skills Proven experience as Customer / Customer Relation or relevant role. Excellent organizational and leadership skills; Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities; Excellent knowledge of MS Office and information systems; Strong collaborative, communication and interpersonal skills.
