Job description

We are searching for a seasoned and motivated Senior Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional construction projects. You will oversee all aspects of the construction process, from project planning and execution to budget and safety management.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and mentor junior engineering staff
* Oversee all project phases, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and budgets
* Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges
* Prepare and maintain project documentation

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
* Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior engineering role
* Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish
* Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in construction management software
