Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Primary Teacher at Ujjain Public School. The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning and curriculum development that aligns with the Early Childhood Education program. Additionally, the Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for effective communication with parents, guardians and colleagues on the progress of the students. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for managing a class of pre-primary students to ensure their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Qualifications

• B.Ed Degree or D.El.Ed Degree is required
• Experience teaching in a primary school for at least 2 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of current teaching practices including NEP and NCF and instructional strategies
• Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that align with curriculum standards
• Experience and knowledge of using technology in the classroom
• Effective classroom management skills
• Patience, compassion, and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Fluency in English and Hindi
