- Work with RMs in growing F&O business, Acquiring new customers

- Build capability in team and responsible for F&O Activation from the regional

- Handling and meeting clients and giving training on how to trade online through various Trading Applications

- Handling Customers Query regarding before and after trade

- Focus on reactivation of ST customers

- Focus on new client acquisition

- Tracking the MIS for improvements

- Build relationship with High Active Traders
