Job Title – KBS Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will:
- Provide first level digital marketing support and expertise; ensuring briefs focus on business outcomes
- Ensure all digital hub deliverables are quality tested and adhere to brand and content guidelines.
- Prioritize incoming briefs with the team and managing the capacity and capability alignment of the Hub.
- Leading and inspiring the internal hub team, ensuring they understand our brand values, our strategic direction and priorities, along with their part in driving our success and forging their own professional careers.
- Liaising with Sales Development, Marketing and Brand colleagues to develop deliverables and content that will engage both customer and colleagues.
- Engage with stakeholders to continuously improve the Hubs performance and value impact based on data insights.
- Actively propose improvements in the Hubs ways of working
- Performance KPI data collection and analysis/monitoring for actionable insights.
Are you the one - An experienced Digital Marketing professional with history of producing quantifiable results in digital, including but not limited to demand generation, inbound marketing, digital advertising, social media, SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, and reporting and analytics
- Brief planning and prioritization experience
- Proven experience of agency and contract management with strong commercial acumen.
- Thrives on creating business impact through understanding and achieving client goals
- Possesses high attention to detail, excellent time-management, organization, and communication skills
- Partners cross-functionally in an effective, friendly, and collaborative manner
- Communication capabilities with senior leadership, aligning digital marketing activities with business outcomes; fluent English
- Structured way of working (organizing testing & documentation of results)
- Experience of managing multiple digital marketing projects as well as BAU work is essential.
- Self-driven and genuinely interested in developing processes and systems – able to raise issues immediately and prioritize when something needs to be developed or seems to be not correct in the process from solution perspective.
- Is experienced in popular digital marketing and web tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, CMS platforms (SDL Tridion), Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Experience in UX design and management, creating end-to-end user journeys across complex websites.
- Experience with Salesforce and the Salesforce eco system.
