Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Loan Officer specializing in field sales. As a Loan Officer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our loan portfolio by identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and promoting our loan products.
Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads for loan products.
- Meet with clients to assess their financial situations and understand their borrowing needs.
- Explain various loan products and services offered by the bank, ensuring clients are informed about terms and conditions.
- Complete loan applications and coordinate the documentation process with customers.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide relevant insights.
Requirements: - Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
- Graduation degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services.
- Must be proactive, result-oriented, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
