Job description
5+ years overall experience supporting SailPoint IdenityNow and IIQ as a corporate IGA solution in a medium to large enterprise. At least 2+ years experience with using IdentityNow is highly preferred. Candidates with only IIQ experience will also be considered providing they demonstrate a high aptitude level and the ability to quickly adapt to using IdentityNow. Substantial experience with developing custom rules and transforms using JSON code and API commands to continuously improve the SML process at Brit. Strong familiarity with releasing enhancements in an environment that uses change control and a sandbox\UAT instance before moving onto Production. Strong experience with configuring connectors to integrate SailPoint with third party products, i.e. ServiceNow for access request fulfilment and SAGE\Workday for employee data aggregation. Strong experience with onboarding new applications into SailPoint IdentityNow\IIQ using a role-based access control (RBAC) model. Producing and maintaining clear and concise documentation covering the SML process, custom configuration and user training guides. Good experience with developing custom audit reports for governance and oversight of various corporate applications and the types of access linked to these apps. Strong experience integrating SailPoint with Microsoft based LDAP technologies such as Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. Good exposure to other competing IAG solutions such as Saviynt, Forgerock and Microsoft Entra ID is highly desirable. Provide support and mentoring to the Level 1 analyst for any escalations and complex BAU tickets that requires more in-depth troubleshooting. Experience working in a global environment with colleagues from other IT teams with a vested interest in the Identity Management space. An adaptable team player with strong written and verbal communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude is required.
