Overview:
The Telecalling Executive plays a crucial role in the organization by being the first point of contact with potential customers. They are responsible for making outbound calls to generate sales leads explain products or services and persuade potential customers. Additionally they handle inbound calls provide information and address queries ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
- Explain products and services to potential customers.
- Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide information about products or services.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Manage and update customer databases with call outcomes.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Obtain and document all relevant customer information.
- Conduct followup calls with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and market trends.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing marketing events or campaigns.
- Prepare and submit reports on call activities and results.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC or equivalent; additional certification in telesales or relevant field is a plus.
- Freshers are also welcomed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Persuasive and goaloriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new sales techniques.
