Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Insurance Manager located in Surat. The Senior Insurance Manager will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing insurance operations, providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and conducting financial analysis. The Senior Insurance Manager can work remotely for a portion of the time.

Qualifications

  • Insurance, Finance, and Sales skills
  • Proven experience in team management and customer service
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi languages
  • Relevant certifications such as IRDAI License and Mutual Fund Certification would be a plus
