Cloud Support Specialist - Content Server

Job description

An OpenText Content Server Cloud Support Specialist is responsible for the technical delivery of the CS (Content Server) Platform based solutions. This role has administration emphasis, combined with the consultative skills required to promote the impression of quality and excellence actively fostered within the Customer Success Services.

You are great at:

Collaborating on cross-team and cross-product technical issues with a variety of resources including Product support, IT, and Professional Services.

What it takes:

Work Environment

General office environment. Participation in an on-call rotation to provide restoration of service for major incidents and perform scheduled activities outside of business hours is required. Work outside of normal business hours may be necessary due to on-call, project schedules, deadlines, system reliability issues, customer issues, travel, and/or time zone differences.
