Win Server and OS Admin Required skills: 5-7 Years of Relevant Experience is required Strong knowledge and Hands-on experience in Windows Server OS Administration Basic knowledge in Linux (ability to run basic commands) Basic/Working knowledge in Infrastructure (Monitoring Alerts, Networking, VMs, F5 load balancer, Storage, etc. ) Production server Application Support experience – Cloud/SaaS/On-Prem (Understand and assess impact to the customer critical applications and Services) Excellent Troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision (prior experience working with Global Teams) Ticketing Tool (ITSM) - Change requests, Incidents (Example: Service Now, Remedy) ITIL Framework Foundations Shift Based
