Company Description LawWiser is a knowledge sharing platform for the legal community connecting practising lawyers, General Counsels, legal-tech innovators, and law firm BD professionals. We curate content to help navigate through complex legal and regulatory changes and understands their impact on businesses. The team comprises of lawyers, communicators, video production experts, and digital marketers, making us legal content specialists. We create opportunities for thought leadership, networking, and visibility for lawyers through high quality, customised events. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Managing Editor. You will be responsible for defining content strategy and leading execution.You will need to drive all content related initiatives - internal and external, which includes interactions with law firm partners and General Counsels. The Managing Editor will be expected to understand our positioning in the market and the kind of content which works for our TG. You will be assisted by the content team. LawWiser is known for its videos, so you should be comfortable on camera and willing to learn. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in law (mandatory) At least 3 years of post qualification work experience with a law firm/independent practice/in-house OR a communications agency/ think tank Strong written and verbal communication skills - with as well as without ChatGPT! Ability to generate ideas, adapt and act quickly Comfortable coming to office 4-5 days a week (Monday - Friday) We are looking for a candidate who can join at the earliest Request candidates to not apply if they have not studied law.Job tags
