Job description
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to drive the development of features, tools, and technologies in the conferencing & classroom domain.
- Work with distributed teams across multiple time zones, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities for innovation within the remote learning landscape.
- Utilize JIRA/Confluence or similar tools for capturing and managing requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Work with UX/UI teams to enhance the user experience, ensuring that the platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with the needs of trainers and learners.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to lead product development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and regular sprint reviews.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with organizational goals, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and market research.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience directly related to the position.
- Proven track record of successfully working with developers and business stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA/Notion or similar for requirements capturing.
- Nice to have: Scrum Product Owner certification or equivalent Scrum/Agile certifications and prior experience working with OKR s
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively on both technical and business topics.
