Travel Consultants
Location : Thane, Mumbai Job Description : - Well versed with tools like Galileo/Amadeus and Handling Corporate queries. - To service corporate clients for domestic & international corporate travel bookings. - Should handle International & Domestic Air bookings and ticketing. - Should handle International & Domestic Hotel bookings. - Should have a sound knowledge of travel industry operations. - Follow up with other team members. - Should have excellent communication skills and should be able to converse well in English. - Guiding the clients with good routing and fares. - Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability - Manage the daily functions of the business - Prepare annual performance review and re-evaluate processes - Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed - Manage budget to align with goals of business Qualifications - Minimum 10 years experience in the travel industry, with a thorough understanding of its behaviour, movements and expectations with respect to the market. Should be well versed with CRS, Galileo.- Air Ticketing expertise required.
