- • Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.

- • 5+ years of experience in mobile core network operations / Planning.

- • Deep understanding of mobile network related protocols and technologies such as SS7, Diameter, GTP, MAP, SIP, RTP, IP-based protocols.

- • Strong technical knowledge on VoIP, LTE, VoLTE/IMS, including core network elements and architecture.

- • Nokia cloud products experience is highly appreciated.

- • IMS Core: Nokia TAS, Nokia ASBC, CFX (CSCF).
- • Ribbon: GSX 9000, PSX, I-SBC, SGX 4000.
- • SDM: MSS, One-MNP , Nokia HSS,SDL ,One-EIR ,HSM , Nokia AAA, Mmtel, NetNumber TITAN.
- • DSI: SPS PCRF - OCS, NPC, NCC, Flowone, Data Refinery, NWR, CSD.
- • OSS: NetAct, Zabbix, DSI.
- • Other: NLS, CBAM, Radisys MRF, TelesySTP, CMREPO, NGIN, Oracle CHF/PCF.

- • Experience with monitoring tools, troubleshooting techniques, and performance analysis.
