Job description
The candidate will be part of 'Strategic Research & Market Intelligence Team' that provides research support to all BUs and senior management through several work streams and initiatives. Research Team has deployed several projects spanning across competitor analysis, buyer's profiles, industry analysis, strategic account intelligence, M&As, new product development, large deals, RFPs, etc
Brief Job Description:- - Overseeing Research Team and ensuring smooth flow of work
- Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables
- Collaborating with stakeholders across verticals on new strategic initiatives and growth plans
- Liaise with colleagues from EXL offices spread across the globe and stakeholders to understand, refine, and manage project expectations and priorities
- Enhancing Research Team's visibility through new work streams and engagements
- Focus on Team building and developing new skills
- Ability to clearly understand the research requirements through effective listening, comprehension, and probing skills
- In-depth qualitative analysis by connecting various pieces of information, identifying patterns and forming logical structure to present a compelling story
- Ensuring collaboration between Third party vendors / Databases and EXL
- Evaluation of new databases as per the requirements
Required Key Competencies - Postgraduate with minimum 12 years of experience
- Team Management experience in Research division of KPO, BPM / BPO, advisory firms, boutique firms
- Strong Communication skills both written and oral. The role will require developing a good working relationship with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong proficiency with application of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working Knowledge of secondary databases
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
