Customer Service – Voice Support
Position: Associate & Sr. Associate
Education Qualification – Any Graduate or Under Graduate with minimum 06 months of experience
Experience: 0 months to 4 Years
Need immediate joiners
Education: Any Graduate / Under Graduate
Handling Travel related calls of Bookings, Reservations, Cancellations , Baggage, etc.
Provide solution for specific requests as per process guidelines.
Understand customer queries and demonstrate empathy while providing customer support.
Must be comfortable with 24*7 work environment especially night shifts.
Salary – Upto 4 LPA depending upon the interview
