Job description
We are looking to onboard a Gynecologist who will be a part of Proactive For Hers Primary & Preventive Health Clinics in Bangalore, India. If you care deeply about womens health and are excited to work on menstrual, sexual, and reproductive health, we would love for you to apply.
Responsibilities Perform a wide range of tests, including pap smears and pelvic and breast exams Diagnose and prescribe treatments for OB/GYN related disorders and diseases Conduct routine check-ups on patients Record medical histories Educate patients about disease prevention, detection and sexual, menstrual and reproductive health Keep up to date with current practices and innovations Be passionate about holistic women's health, and willing to take on and assess not just the disease condition, but the patient as a whole. Demonstrate strong empathy while dealing with the concerns of patients. Also, willing to work in collaboration with specialists and other healthcare staff in order for the patient to have the best possible comprehensive care. Actively support preventive healthcare activities like prevention and screening packages and/or programs. Provide regular inputs, and innovative ideas for constant improvement of the service delivery. Collaborate with the Clinical Director and team on process-related activities like SOPs and Protocols.
