Handling Telephone incoming and outgoing calls
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
Making an entry of incoming courier and parcels and distribute to concerned person
Booking patient appointments
Helping them in Medical Form Filling
Maintain Patient History
Billing
Reminding patients of their appointments
Schedule : . Day shift Experience:
