1- Develop and implement the B2B Marketing Strategy:

o  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including US-based teams, to develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with business goals.

o  Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the B2B industry.

2- Email Marketing Campaigns:

o  Leverage your expertise in email marketing to create and manage targeted B2B email campaigns.

o  Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads, engage existing clients, and drive conversions.

3- Content Creation:

o  Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant B2B marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, and industry-specific content.

4- Lead Generation:

o  Utilize various channels, including email, social media, and events, to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.

o  Analyze and optimize lead generation campaigns to maximize conversion rates.

5- Analytics and Reporting:

o  Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of B2B marketing campaigns.

o  Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, including US-based teams, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

6- Coordination with US Teams:

o  Work closely with US-based teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of marketing efforts with the overall business objectives.

o  Participate in regular meetings and communication channels to provide updates on marketing initiatives and gather insights from the US market.

7- Collaboration and Teamwork:

o  Foster a collaborative and creative working environment within the marketing team.

o  Collaborate effectively with international teams, ensuring a unified approach to global marketing efforts.

8- Experience with HubSpot CRM:

o  Demonstrate proficiency in working with HubSpot CRM, utilizing its lead management, segmentation, and analysis features.

o  Leverage HubSpot CRM to optimize marketing workflows and enhance collaboration with sales teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

4-5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, focusing on strategy and execution.

Strong understanding of the B2B industry and the ability to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

Expertise in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools, with specific experience in HubSpot CRM.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
