Job description

Lyros Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer with a focus on MERN Stack to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Full Stack Web Development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and guiding fresh talents.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for fresh hires on MERN Stack, addressing their queries and providing hands-on assistance.
2. Assist trainees in understanding real-world project scenarios and guide them through problem-solving exercises.
3. Possess in-depth knowledge of the entire MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and demonstrate the ability to impart this knowledge effectively.
4. Proficient in deploying applications using AWS and well-versed in CI/CD pipelines.
5. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.
6. Conduct regular review meetings with development teams, identifying areas for improvement and
providing constructive feedback.
7. Maintain detailed records of trainee progress, performance, and skill development.
8. Generate and share weekly reports with managers, highlighting individual and team achievements
and areas for improvement.
9. Collaborate with team leads and managers to understand project requirements and ensure that
training aligns with industry best practices.
10.Provide timely and constructive feedback to trainees, fostering an environment of continuous
learning and improvement.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development, with a focus on MERN Stack. 2. Proven expertise in deploying applications using AWS and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
5. Ability to conduct effective review meetings and provide constructive feedback.
