Job description
Job Purpose · Act as an SME for technologies and products within scope · Govern
Outsystem Platform . · Ensure products are correctly configured in line with requirements and designs. · Deploy and configure policy as per standard procedure. · VAPT and vulnerability with respect to product responsibility as per requirement · Produce build and configuration artefacts that will lead to engineering standards. · Creation of Engineering and Design documentation to enable successful deployment into production. · Experience of working within a fast-paced high volume BAU ticket environment, with knowledge of Service ticketing tool systems. · Control KPIs, scores, performance dashboards within target environments. · Ability to lead the team on technical deliverables. · Able to adapt to a changing technical environment. · Ability to coach other members of team in their area of expertise. · Performance management and capacity planning. · Audit and compliance management along with required SOP and documentation. Proactively verifying audit parameters / checks to remain compliant as per Bank's defined standards. · Vendor management · Well versed with Budgeting. · Manage a team of 40+ Vendor staff. Requirements: Masters in Computer Application, BE (IT,Computers, Electronics), B.Sc. IT/Computers,Graduate with relevant experience with 12-15 years of experience. Ø Should have knowledge of Outsystem (PAAS) platform to govern. Ø Should have good Vendor and vendor staff management skills. Ø Should have good team coordination and management skills.
