Job description

Identify and recruit potential channel partners that align with the companys strategic goals and target market.

Facilitate the on boarding process for new partners including providing training resources and support to help them understand the companys products or services.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.

Work with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement channel strategies that align with the companys overall business objectives.

Provide partners with the necessary sales and marketing tools materials and resources to help them effectively sell the companys products or services.

Monitor and assess the performance of channel partners against set targets and work with them to identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement.

Negotiate agreements contracts and terms with channel partners ensuring they are mutually beneficial and in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust channel strategies as needed.

Prepare regular reports and forecasts on partner performance and contributions to the companys revenue.

Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise between the company and its channel partners.
