Good knowledge of SAP technical background (landscape, environment, transport orders etc), different stages of SAP projects (run, deployments, testing. etc). Knowledge and experience in managing the release deployment activities, preferably using SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) is desirable. Experience in supporting the Solution Manager, preferably through Solution Manager (ChaRM) to maintain the SAP system landscape setup, ITSM Ticketing tool, CCLM (Custom Code Lifecycle Management) , CSOL, EWA. Experience in setting up ChaRM (Change Deliveries), process, Solution Documentation new features of Solution Manager 7.2 for new system landscape and provide RUN support for the same. Experience with STMS monitoring return code analysis is desirable. Working knowledge in Installation, maintenance and housekeeping of SAP Solution Manager. Thank you.
