Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Head of Clinical Experience (MBBS). The role requires managing a team of clinical professionals, supervising the delivery of clinical care, developing and implementing clinical protocols and procedures. The Head of Clinical Experience (MBBS) will also work closely with other departments to optimize patient care and ensure excellent clinical outcomes. Being part of the core team - developing new programs, initiatives, strategy and business development opportunities Training and coaching of the health care service team Collaborations with external parties like Lab providers, pharma or nutraceutical vendors Qualifications Must have an MBBS degree and be registered with the Medical Council of India. MD specialization in Internal medicine, Functional medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Gastro or Hepatology would be preferred) Must have at least 10 years of clinical experience, with experience in managing clinical teams and implementing clinical protocols. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
