.Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities.
.Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs.
.Recruit and manage kitchen staff.

.Hotel Management degree / relevant diploma in culinary
.10 + years of Hotel Industry experience.
.Strong operational / technical knowledge.
