Work location: Pune/Chennai

. IT Business Analyst background with 5+ years' experience around business analysis
. Profile with exposure to enterprise risk management areas viz. IFRS9 reporting, Large Exposure Reporting, Moody's CreditLens, RAROC, ESG, Obligor Risk Rating Models, Model Risk Management
. Experience working in Agile projects.
. Should be Apt in Agile, capturing requirements in agile format, adapts easily to different initiatives, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Gather detailed, specific, accurate, unambiguous business requirements.
- Ensure Business analysis, Impact analysis, Gap analysis and System analysis are done to a high standard on defined projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with business and tech teamto identify, document and analyze business requirements.
- Work with other business analysts on firm wide initiatives and participate in the Front to Back User testing / regression testing. Conducting walkthrough for IT BA, Tech team.
- Assist with production support activities, when necessary, to help identify and resolve escalated production issues.
Essential Competencies:
- Consultant with excellent business knowledge with hand-on experience of conducting workshops with business, operations and technology stakeholders to author requirement specifications, user stories and impact assessment.
- Experience of executing engagements in large cross functional technology heavy initiatives.
- Understanding of traded and OTC derivative products is must.
- Data analysis using SQL/MS Excel is good to have.
- Experience on regulatory reporting through OBIEE/ Axiom is a big plus.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management and an ability to take ownership and independently deliver tasks.
- Sound knowledge of business processes within capital markets, Basel bank regulations.
- Business consultants with accounting skills who can work on CR on IFRS 9, impairments and changes on Group Disclosure. [OR]
- Business consultants with experience on BASEL IV, SA-CCR, PRA Reporting, Credit Risk Calculators, and hands on experience on tools like AXIOM.[OR]
- Resources will need to work on Legal Entity merger, especially for reg reporting changes within the bespoke application. They will need to do Master Data Mapping and data analysis, data flowing in and out of the systems and reports validation.
- Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing senior business stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work with little supervision.
- Proven ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner (written and verbal).
