Position Purpose

Delivery Manager is responsible for Implementation and support for various Infrastructure

Technologies. Coordinates the designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise/standard Severs,

Databases, Storage, Backup and Middleware based on business area requirements. Drives the

identification, definition, and implementation of various components and security strategies.

Responsibilities

Reasonable assertive & negotiation skills are desired

15 to 20 years of experience in various Digital Platforms technologies.

Must exposure to work in a Global environment leading team across cultures & geographies

Strong analytical skills on various performance matrices and management reporting

Experience of interacting CXO's and senior stakeholders

Vendor Management Experience would be a Plus.

Ability to mentor teams in execution of various tasks and projects.

Contributing Responsibilities

Knowledge in flavor of OS, Storage, Backup& virtual platforms is necessary

Good understanding of flavor of OS, Nutanix, Storage, Backup & virtual platforms is necessary

Good Knowledge on Storage and Backup processes would be an advantage

Managed skills of L1 to L3 of all distributed technologies

Knowledge on life cycle of projects from Implementation to Support

Maintain Infrastructure Uptime and quality coverage 24 X 7

Risk & Control Mind Set:

Identify, assess, and evaluate IT Infrastructure risk to enable the execution in Data & Platform

department

Implement information systems controls in alignment with the organization's risk appetite and

tolerance levels to support business objectives.

Knowledge on Financial Regulatory and Audit requirements would be an added advantage

Financial & Budgeting:

Knowledge of Financial Budgeting

Good Understanding of Procurement and Invoicing Process

Regular Tracking and ensure minimum gaps in Budget Expenses

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
