Project Role: Technology Solution Planning Lead Project Role Description: Critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a technology solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. Acts as a key member of the sales team to represent the technology solution offering to the client/internal groups. Job Requirements Key Responsibilities :1-Critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a technology solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings 2-Leads the solutioning of deal including designing architecture , selection of right technology , understanding of the client requirement and translate in to efforts estimation, E2E costing and pricing , collaborating with pursuit team and should be proficient in articulating value proposition in responses and orals with CXOs. Must Have Skill: Solution Architecting Good to Have Skill: No Technology Specialization Technical and Industry Experience: Overall, 16 to 18 years of experience out of which at least 8 -10 years as an Architect/Delivery lead in Telecommunications and leading large size projects Extensive knowledge and experience in multiple BSS portfolio products Oracle, ServiceNow, Ericsson, Open-Source, or any cloud native package solution Sound understanding of Telco BSS & OSS solutions primarily including CRM, Order Management, Charging, Billing and Revenue Management, Mediation, Channels, Inventory, Provisioning, Activation, and integrations. Understand latest Telco trend and where industry is moving. Understanding of Telecom Industry frameworks (TMForum ODA, eTOM and TAM) and how the same is used while defining the solution for client. Professional Attributes :1-Strong business analysis skills and ability to exercise judgment 2- Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients and team 3- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills 4- Eagerness to learn and develop self on an ongoing basis Education Qualification :1-minimum 15 years of full-time education Additional Information :1-Knowledgeable in Digital and wider technology strategy and architecture 2-Cloud CertificationsFull time education
