Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as an (Myntra - Amazon - Flipkart and More) Seller Account Manager for our thriving clothing brand. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from listing optimization and promotions to reporting and returns management. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and well-versed in navigating the intricacies of (Myntra - Amazon - Flipkart and More) platform. Knowledge of performance marketing is a strong plus, as it will contribute to the growth of our brand's online presence and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listing Management : Create, optimize, and manage product listings on the (Myntra - Amazon - Flipkart and More) platform to ensure accurate and compelling product presentations. Monitor and update product information, images, and descriptions as needed.
- Promotions and Marketing: Devise and execute effective promotional strategies, including deals, coupons, and limited-time offers to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to align Amazon promotions with broader brand campaigns.
- Reports and Analytics: Generate and analyze performance reports, sales data, and customer feedback. Utilize data insights to make informed decisions for optimizing listings, inventory management, and overall account performance.
- Label Generation: Coordinate with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate label generation and seamless order processing, while adhering to (Myntra - Amazon - Flipkart and More) labeling requirements.
- Returns Management: Handle the end-to-end process of customer returns, ensuring timely processing and resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction and minimize return-related issues.
- Inventory Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and replenishment needs to prevent stockouts and maintain a healthy supply of products on the platform.
- Customer Communication: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to enhance customer trust and loyalty.
- Commissions and Performance Marketing: In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will earn commissions based on generated sales. Knowledge of performance marketing tactics, such as optimizing product listings for search and utilizing advertising campaigns, will contribute to achieving sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing (Myntra - Amazon - Flipkart and More) seller accounts, including listing optimization, promotions, reporting, label generation, and returns management.
- Strong understanding of (Myntra - Amazon - Flipkart and More) s platform and policies, including operations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from sales data and reports.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools and platforms for (Myntra - Amazon - Flipkart and More) account management.
- Familiarity with performance marketing strategies is a strong advantage.
