Job description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Analyse  Vehicle packaging, coordinate with all modules and solve issues related to assembly.
2. Responsible for implementation of ECR/ECN in vehicle revisions and to make sure that full and multi-level Vehicle CAD and drawings are updated
3. Interact with different modules of organization and track the part/ drawing release status, and ensure the vehicle release timeline is achieved
4. Responsible for complete EBOM and MBOM management, cross functional team data management and control as per project gateway deliverable
5. Check  release documents like 3D & 2D checklists, DFA, DFM, DFMEA
6. Perform vehicle builds planning, coordination, and issue resolution from proto to production releases.
7. Explore ideas for cost reduction of vehicle and IQC data compiling

Qualifications

B.E./M.E. in Mechanical Engineering

General Requirements

1.  Skilled in BOM management from scratch to production releases and part releases in TC

2. Knowledge in change management ECR/ECN and how the revision change works in TC

3. Good knowledge of vehicle systems and its architecture.

4.  Experience in vehicle integration with good knowledge of design and development background

5. Proficient in CATIA V5 and good exposure to CAVA
