Job description

Ensuring all menus are clean and presentable.

Inspecting the venue and recheck on cleanliness.

Ensuring all side stations are well stocked and ready for operations.

Meet, greet and seat guests, present menus and offer water.

Order taking, suggestive selling with focus on upselling wherever possible.

Promote season specials

Managing and overlooking their section.

Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests promptly.

Handle billing accurately and securely.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including table setup and restaurant appearance.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Thorough menu knowledge, restaurant's offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Must have intuitive service and attention to detail.

Provide excellent customer service and create a memorable dining experience for guests
