Inspecting the venue and recheck on cleanliness. Ensuring all side stations are well stocked and ready for operations. Meet, greet and seat guests, present menus and offer water. Order taking, suggestive selling with focus on upselling wherever possible. Promote season specials Managing and overlooking their section. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests promptly. Handle billing accurately and securely.
