Business Analyst- Data and Analytics
The Business Analyst will be part of Data and Analytics team where you will leverage your IT technical skills and business acumen to achieve the organization and team goals. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements. Analyze and prioritize requirements to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle. Facilitate the renewal process of labor and software/hardware contracts. Manage contractor onboarding & offboarding processes for capacity management. Collaborate with Finance team on baseline budget maintenance and monthly variance analysis. Manage monthly forecast updates, including leadership finance meetings and system updates. Manage weekly timecard compliance and submission process. Manage Year-end project/labor closure activities. Facilitate project deliverables associated with the annual operating plan (AOP). Core Competencies & Accomplishments: 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role and has attained a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications (i.e., Oracle e-Business Suite) Proficient in financial management, budget maintenance, and resource plan management techniques. Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding environment. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Retail experience is a plus.
