Printstop is a 16yearold company in the printing and corporate gifting industry with a team of 120 members. Our niche lies in offering printed products like business cards brochures standees as well as branded merchandise products. We serve SMEs via our ecommerce website and large Enterprises through our technologyenabled platform Mandaala. Our aim is to transform procurement processes and create efficient workplaces driving growth and profitability.

Role and Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure highquality product production.
  • Develop and enforce quality standards and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Analyze the root cause and provide the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with a focus on reducing internal and external rejection rates.
• Benchmarking:
  • Continuously assess and benchmark the quality and performance of products against industry standards.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to improve operational efficiency.
• Vendor Management:
  • Research and identify potential external vendors for printing materials and services.
  • Establish relationships with vendors and regularly assess vendor performance.
  • Benchmark external vendors to ensure competitiveness and maintain industry best practices.
• Training and SOP Development:
  • Develop and conduct training programs for plant personnel to enhance technical skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establish and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline production processes and minimize errors.
• Research and Development:
  • Lead R&D initiatives to explore printing technologies that can be produced using existing machinery via raw material enhancements or basic additions in machinery.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to prototype and test new products.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation.

Candidate Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering Manufacturing or related field. Proven experience within a screen printing and merchandising or related industry. Indepth knowledge of printing processes materials and production techniques. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize production efficiency. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards. Innovative mindset with a passion for research and development.
