'Profile Summary: Supported / Implemented SailPoint for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals. Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc. Strong background in coding and development using Java. Demonstrate strong technical skills. Demonstrate strong problem troubleshooting skills. Able to work under pressure in case of a critical incident. Be a strong team player.Must Have Technical Skills: Total 8 years of experience in support of SailPoint IIQ tool Minimum 2 years of Level 3 development/support of SailPoint Should have excellent knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML. Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in SailPoint. Strong Java debugging skills Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs. Extensive Experience in development/support of workflows, forms, and other SailPoint IDM Component Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, Websphere) or developing J2EE products. Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts. Customer Facing Exposure is must.' (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
