Job description

Summary

This is a full-time position to work with E-commerce Team of MBUZZ Technologies (remotely). Ecommerce & Retail Executive will be responsible for strategizing and implementing sales tactics on various e-commerce platforms. (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Sharaf DG, and other power retail accounts in the MEA region) This position is essential in enhancing the online customer experience, driving sales growth, and overseeing the development of the e-commerce portal. The role includes hands-on campaign management and involves analyzing online trends to optimize sales performance effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining our competitive edge and supporting our expansion in the e-commerce sector.

Responsibilities

• Managing day to day operations at 1P & 3P accounts across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and Sharaf DG, ensuring compliance and effective account operation.

• Lead the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) process, focusing on meticulous product inventory management and streamlined fulfillment operations.

• Strategize and execute promotional campaigns, including special pricing, sales offer, and coupon codes, to enhance product visibility and sales.

• Regularly review and adjust product pricing across various marketplace channels, ensuring alignment with market trends and platform policies.

• Compile and analyze sales and data reports to understand market trends, identify high-performing products, and perform thorough cost analysis for informed business decisions.

• Enhance product visibility and appeal on e-commerce platforms through optimized listings, including detailed features and engaging descriptions.

• Create and develop A+ content for existing and newly added product listings to improve customer experience and engagement.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of current e-commerce and online retail industry standards and best practices to stay ahead in a competitive market.

• Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in the IT and Consumer Electronics sector, applying this expertise to e-commerce strategies and operations.

• Display an acute sense for selecting the right products that performs with the target consumer segment and the ability to onboard new brands exclusive to e-commerce channels. This includes identifying market gaps, anticipating consumer needs, and collaborating with emerging and established brands to diversify and enrich the product portfolio.

Qualifications

3 Year Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Business Management / Operations Management
