What we are looking for:

A Salesforce Admin for supporting the team focused on continual build out and optimization of our Salesforce instance which drives all Sales activity and captures critical pipeline data. Location:

Hyderabad Work Mode:

5 Days (Work from Office) Shift timings:

Start in US hours to train and build connection with team/manager. Opportunity to later shift to India hours when established in role and making progress. Years of experience:

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills: ยท Someone who follows Salesforce Administration best practices within the Salesforce Sales Cloud: o Configuring the platform to enable user-friendly solutions for our Account Executives and Client Services personnel to log all client interaction and capture sales pipeline. o Creating visuals within Salesforce to show report on sales activity and enable Sales Management. o Ability to communicate with confidence why the proposed solution is best practice, or at least as close to best practice as possible for the given situation Someone who can work independently from a technical standpoint (they should require little to no training when it comes to Sales Cloud administration) Someone who can translate complex business requirements into best practice solutions. Nice to haves: Someone who has also administered Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Analytics/AI/Einstein)
