AKS with Devops experience and any of the migration experience on cloud.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) clusters to support containerized applications. Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and deploy them on AKS clusters. Configure and optimize AKS clusters for performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the health and availability of AKS clusters and applications. Automate deployment and management tasks using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying containerized applications to AKS clusters. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AKS clusters, containers, networking, and security. Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on AKS and Kubernetes best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience working with Azure cloud services, with a focus on AKS and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of containerization concepts and technologies (e.g., Docker, container runtimes). Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments. Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash. Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Ansible. Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Solid understanding of networking principles, including DNS, TCP/IP, and load balancing. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate. Kubernetes certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD). Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns. Experience with container orchestration tools other than Kubernetes (e.g., Docker Swarm, Nomad). Familiarity with security best practices for containerized environments and cloud infrastructure.
