Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for daily HR operations, employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing HR management. Qualifications HR Management and Operations skills Experience in employee relations and HR policies implementation Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus A candidate for this role should be highly organized, able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess problem-solving and decision-making skills.
